1) PAVA System Components
1.1 Amplifiers :
Install amplifiers to boost audio signals and ensure clear, audible sound throughout campus buildings and outdoor areas.
1.2 Speakers :
Deploy high-quality speakers strategically in classrooms, lecture halls, corridors, common areas, outdoor spaces, and parking lots to ensure comprehensive coverage.
1.3 Microphones :
Provide microphones for authorized personnel (e.g., security staff, administrators) to make announcements and broadcast messages centrally.
2) Voice Alarm Functionality
2.1 Emergency Broadcasts :
Enable voice alarm functionality to broadcast emergency alerts, evacuation instructions, and critical announcements during emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or security incidents.
2.2 Pre-recorded Messages :
Pre-record and store emergency messages for quick playback in case of emergencies, allowing for rapid dissemination of critical information to students, faculty, and staff.
3) Central Control and Management
3.1 Control Console :
Install a centralized control console or software interface for operators to manage and control the PAVA system, including initiating announcements, selecting zones, adjusting volume levels, and monitoring system status.
3.2 Scheduled Announcements :
